MC is a half Chinese half American mother agent, casting director, and writer. Whether through her casting, model management work, or her lecturing work on anti-colonial practices within the visual industry - her vision is to re-imagine how minorities are seen and involved in visuals.

Her models have worked with clients such as Burberry, JW Anderson, Jean Paul Gaultier, Adidas, GQ France, Mulberry, Urban Outfitters, Vivienne Westwood, Flannels, Ferragamo, and been featured in Paris, London, and New York Fashion Week.

In 2023, MC was selected as part of the British Fashion Council's NEW WAVE Creative 2023. A list of the 50 most innovative and inspiring young creative talents who play a critical role within the industry globally.
